Grief and loss are two of the most difficult states to experience and giving ourselves the grace to have our feelings and then move through them, is a profound part of this life’s experience.

While we are trained to experience grief only from lack, there is another way for us to experience any profound loss that serves us. That choice is joy.

It may sound counterintuitive, but experiencing loss from the place of appreciation for the joy of what you shared, what you had or what you experienced, enables you to sit inside the energy of gratitude of what was rather then occupy the space of lack for what no longer exists.

Surrounding yourself with a high energetic vibration of thanks, is a beautiful way to experience a part of your past that is no longer here.
