“Faith is what we hold when we have no evidence, Trust is what we experience when we do.”

The words above were shared through me during a student’s teaching last week. Not only were they perfect for my student, but as they were spoken, I realized the importance they held for us all.

We are all living in a time of great transition, and the energy creating the many shifts we are all experiencing is directed by those who would seek to control our freedoms, our daily comfort, and the foundations upon which our lives are structured.

Many people are shocked – feeling immobilized, angry and fearful – but the truth Beloved, is that these are frequencies that we need to recognize when present, but we cannot afford to land inside of them.

We must transform them.

Spirit has asked me to share with you that this is a time for action, and action has many faces and forms.

Perhaps your work is to be a light on the hill – to stay out of the fray, to keep your energy high, to share teachings and practices of light and love with those in your community and beyond.

Or maybe your action is to have your boots on the ground writing letters speaking to your representatives, joining others speaking truth to Power, using the tools that we have as free people to affect change.

Whatever the work is that you are called to do Beloved, DO IT through love. Hold the faith that everything that is happening now in our third dimensional world has a higher octave purpose, a Divine plan that perhaps we can’t see yet.

And this is where we get to hold Faith & Trust as we show up and take action.

Faith is what we hold when we have no evidence, trust is what we experience when we do.

Whether you are holding faith that the higher octave, the Divine, has its hands wrapped around us, guiding us, even when it seems as if no guidance is present.

Or you are holding trust, knowing that what is happening is not random, is not chaotic but the start of a new world.

Move forward in high frequency energy.

And as always, whatever your work is, whatever action you choose to take, do it through the energy of joy and peace and kindness, through compassion, through understanding, through tolerance, and through gratitude.

Staying in high frequency during challenging constricting times is no easy feat.

That’s why I offer to you and to our community different events where we can come together to share high frequency, clear our own low frequency, and place our wishes and aspirations into the field.
