I’m located in a tiny town in Massachusetts called Arlington, and we are now in the midst of welcoming in Spring 2026. I couldn’t be more excited as Spring is one of my very favorite seasons.

After a long cold Winter where the beauty comes from the starkness, the cold, and the lack of color – Spring harkens in a time of color and texture, of fragrance of newness, and rebirth!

I have always loved and respected the connection to the land and the seasons that our Native and Indigenous brothers and sisters hold dear.

In the Indigenous culture, the shifts on Mother Earth are not relegated just to the land, for they are indeed considered as a directional compass for the people who live on the land as well.

I too draw direction from the seasons as they appear and Spring has always spoken to me of rebirth, and regeneration.

I’m now 71, and in my earlier years rebirth was always taken on in a very big way.

I wasn’t looking for small tweaks or minor adjustments. I looked for the huge shifts, and they were there to be had. Leaving a relationship, starting a new career, moving to a new home.

The wisdom that comes with age has not been lost on me and what I’ve learned over the years is that anytime we wish to make a shift in our life it doesn’t always require a major adjustment – but in my world it always involves the art of co-creating with the Divine.

In fact, consciously choosing to make small shifts and changes is extremely underrated especially when the Divine is involved!

As this is such a beautiful time of the year to observe your world, start taking an inventory and make sure to review your 3D World (your career, your physicality, your finances,) as well as your consciousness, your current state of awareness, and your relationships – including the one you now have with the Divine within.

Wherever you see that you are out of alignment, go to quiet and asked the Divine:
“What one small tweak can I make that will bring me closer to my intention? What one small shift do I need to take on in order to move forward?”

Once you have an idea of a few small adjustments that you can put into action – get going.

Take on one change at a time. Engage the brain and create a list of tasks and activities that need to be put in place.

And then reach out to the Divine.

Spirit has always said to me : “When you seek to co-create with us come with clarity. Understand that what you wish to achieve and speak it clearly and succinctly.”

Once you have clarity, you can bring actions into the third dimensional world which will bring your new way of being into focus. This in Divine speak, is called: intentionality.

Once you have actions put into place, then engage the energy of sustainability.
Sustainability is the last step, and it requires that you allow the Divine the time and space needed to co-create with you.

Your work is to keep your actions going in the third dimensional world long enough for the Divine to help you to achieve your desired result.

A bit of an alert here – It’s my experience that Divine timing rarely equates to the timing that we experience here in the third dimensional world – it can be a bit longer so patience will need to be your friend.

And… it’s always helpful to be open to the Divine’s idea of what you are seeking, as the Divine does not always deliver exactly what you have envisioned.

The steps I have shared with you here, will help you to renew, revive, and refresh your world… and they are repeatable in any area of your life.

While they are small and easeful to manage, as you take them on, you are manifesting with the Divine and Divine guidance is anything but insignificant!
